You are The Moon

Hope, expectation, Bright promises.

The Moon is a card of magic and mystery - when prominent you know that nothing is as it seems, particularly when it concerns relationships. All logic is thrown out the window.

The Moon is all about visions and illusions, madness, genius and poetry. This is a card that has to do with sleep, and so with both dreams and nightmares. It is a scary card in that it warns that there might be hidden enemies, tricks and falsehoods. But it should also be remembered that this is a card of great creativity, of powerful magic, primal feelings and intuition. You may be going through a time of emotional and mental trial; if you have any past mental problems, you must be vigilant in taking your medication but avoid drugs or alcohol, as abuse of either will cause them irreparable damage. This time however, can also result in great creativity, psychic powers, visions and insight. You can and should trust your intuition.

What Tarot Card are You?
Take the Test to Find Out.

Disturbingly, considering what this is, I can't find a great deal to argue with...

I'm apparently "the Wheel of Fortune" -- lucky in everything. Not.

You're forgetting that luck is a relative thing.

Isn't the Cat People Tarot a totally cool deck? *g* Greg gave it to me about ten years ago. It doesn't work as well for me as some of the others I use, but it sure makes me smile.
Hugs,
Jean Marie

It is cool, isn't it? I have a Tarot deck somewhere, but I couldn't tell you what style it is and it never worked for me. Not that I believe in that sort of stuff, you understand.

At the risk of boring The Other Jean Marie, I'll share with you my favourite Steven Wright joke. It goes something like:

I played poker with Tarot cards last night. I got a full house and eight guys died.

I love that gag.

That would've been much more likely to happen with Teri. She was scary with the tarot, except when it came to me. (Maybe we were too close?)
The readings I do are more on the order of helping people gain insight into what's affecting them now--and dealing with it. Predictions aren't me. Analysis and off-the-wall suggestions--that I can do.
But Teri and I could do tricks with her crystal ball. It was pure rock crystal, and we could get the most amazing currents. I would touch one side. She would touch the other, and people could feel the temperature run from cold to hot. We could create our own weather system with that ball. She and SJ ran hot. Greg and I could drop temps faster than a freezer.
It was totally bizarre. Don't know what it meant--and I'm not ascribing any psychic meaning to it either. But we have lots of witnesses to the phenomenon.
Hugs,
Jean Marie

Gee, most of the military personnel I used to work with had the same reaction. At least I think it was superstitious terror. Hate to think grown men trained to kill three hundred different ways would cringe at the clip of my high heels.
Hugs and grins,
Jean Marie
